Teertoday Terms & Conditions — Know before you play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Teertoday platform and all its services. By using the Teertoday website, mobile application, or any associated services, you agree to these Terms.

Teertoday reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions were prepared in the Bengali language, which constitutes the authoritative version. In the event of any interpretation dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on Teertoday. Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration. Any discrepancy found during age verification will result in immediate account suspension.

Each person may only hold one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email, device, or payment method may result in all accounts being suspended and funds forfeited.

• To update your account details at a later stage, please contact support.
• OTP verification to your registered mobile number is mandatory.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Using or transferring another person's account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits at Teertoday can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. The payment method used must be registered in the account holder's own name. Using payment methods registered to third parties is strictly prohibited.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit limit may vary by payment method and will be listed on the payments page. Deposits are generally instant, though verification may take up to 30 minutes.

• Save your transaction ID after making a deposit.
• For failed deposits, refunds are processed by your bank or mobile banking provider — not by Teertoday.
• If your wallet hasn't been credited after 30 minutes, please reach out to support.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources is a criminal offence.

Your account's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal. You may be required to submit a photo of your National ID or passport for KYC verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Mobile Pay and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes, while bank transfers take 1–3 business days.

• Withdrawals can only be made to your own account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted on the same day.
• Teertoday may request additional verification for unusual transactions.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

All bets on Teertoday are accepted and settled according to the platform's set odds and rules. If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement will apply. Teertoday reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrectly displayed odds due to a technical error.

If a bet is not accepted due to a disconnection during live betting, no funds will be deducted. Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled or rescheduled. In any betting dispute, Teertoday's game logs will serve as the definitive record.

• A maximum win limit per single bet may apply.
• Bets associated with match-fixing will be voided.
• Accounts showing suspicious betting patterns may be subject to investigation.
• If the outcome of a settled bet is subsequently changed, the bet may be re-evaluated accordingly.

All bonuses and promotional offers on Teertoday are subject to specific terms and conditions. The wagering requirements, validity period, and minimum deposit for each bonus are listed separately on the bonus page. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, registering under different identities, or coordinating bets to exploit bonuses — will be treated as fraud and may result in account termination.

• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance will be credited to the main balance once wagering requirements are met.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Teertoday platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Creating an account using false information or someone else's identity.
• Using a payment method registered in a third party's name.
• Strategic abuse of bonuses or coordinated betting.
• Attempting to use hacking, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Money laundering or illegal transactions through the platform.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Misusing or mistreating Teertoday staff.

Teertoday reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or close any account if a breach of terms or suspicious activity is suspected. The account holder may be given the opportunity to respond before any action is finalized.

To close your account, contact support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closure. Any remaining balance in a closed account may be forfeited after a set period.

• In the event of a terms violation, the entire balance including bonus winnings may be forfeited.
• Suspended accounts cannot be used to log in, place bets, or make transactions.
• If an account is closed without valid grounds, the balance will be refunded.
